I like this forum.

No offense to the Facebook groups, but I like having a place to go that is separate from family, workmates past and present, former classmates, etc.  I like playing video games without the site annoying everyone else with ads for said games.  I like having the ability to focus on a conversation without constant "So-and-so liked your post" notification interruptions.

Just my 2c.

I would post more but I keep forgetting my password!

I've already upset people on FB so I am looking forward to the same on here!

I imagine one might be upset if your words struck a nerve.  I myself was a bit alarmed at all the language, not the content.  But there's nothing new under the sun here.  This band's lineup changes in big ways or small with every new project.  Maybe KR decides to move in a new direction and others aren't so quick to follow him; maybe they had other commitments scheduled after they finished ODIGTS; maybe there were arguments we don't know about within the band.  There's no telling.  I think it would be fair, however, to reserve judgment until after we've actually heard the record.  (I would hope, though, that after that, we'd all feel comfortable sharing ALL our opinions on it, the good as well as the not-so-good, without worrying we might offend those who made it.  I think that's where it gets muddied on FB, if that makes sense.)
